Road Trip | Landscapes from Moab

We took a slight detour today to avoid the snowstorm and enjoy some of southern Utah’s spectacular scenery.  Here are a few landscapes from our hike through Arches National Park this afternoon.  And, of course, the obligatory Sadie portrait. The air was crisp, and occasional flurries of snow came through on the hike up to Delicate Arch.

Michele Hill - Sorry to miss you during your jaunt to Moab, Utah. Would have loved to introduce you to a local entrepreneur in adventure: rafting, sky diving, 4 wheeling, ATVing, mountain biking, climbing/repelling, horseback riding, photo tours, road biking, motorcycling. Glad you made it up to Utah’s icon – Delicate Arch – and the Windows section of Arches National Park.

Celeste - WOW! I am loving reading the blog and loving the photography even more. It is nice to “be” with you in a way as you journey across the country. Imagine all those who have taken the same trip–on foot, horseback, covered wagon. Imagine all those people moving back and forth for the purpose of economic prosperity–in hopes of finding something better, starting a new. It is fitting that you are capturing the lives of small business owners scattered along the way. Each settled and burgeoning where the wind dropped them. The seeds of the American Dream ;)
